Great Lakes Pet Coalition is a nonprofit organization assisting Michigan’s pet rescues, animal welfare organizations and animal advocates. We strive to ensure every pet agency, animal shelter, foster-based rescue organization and all other organizations providing services to Michigan's companion animals engage in animal welfare best practices. In coalition, collaboration and unity, the most good can be done to help companion animals of Michigan. 

We are a Michigan Non-Profit and a 501 (c)(3) tax deductible organization. All donations to GLPC are greatly appreciated and will assist in the creation of our pet non-profit database as well as be awarded in grants to rescue groups working in animal welfare best practices. Donations are welcome to be mailed to:
